‍Sales Assistant

Based in Pembrokeshire, Ascona Group is among the fastest-growing companies in Wales. As an independent petrol forecourt operator, we hold the 8th position in the UK Top Indies list. Our retail network comprises 61 sites across England and Wales, managed and owned by us. Our sales revenues exceed £300m per year, and we have a workforce of 821 individuals, with 294 of them based in Wales.

As we continue to expand, we have exciting plans for the future. This includes the development of our existing network, as well as the acquisition of new sites. Our goal is to own and operate 300 sites within the next 5 years. Therefore, as our estate grows, we require more team members to join us.

‍What would my main responsibilities be as a Sales Assistant at Ascona?

· Provide a fantastic customer service experience,

· Be an all rounder - Cash handling, stock replenishment, Cleaning duties, etc

· Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.

· Be flexible to cover shifts

Some lone working and weekend work - MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

Overtime available for Holidays and Sickness cover.
