Ascona Group has grown rapidly in recent years by following a simple formula. 

First, we identify unloved “forecourt assets” in the mid-market space, typically under independent or family ownership; we believe there is an addressable market of over 3000 such sites and our values have made us popular acquirers in the market.

Second, we develop these forecourts into world class roadside retail destinations, via a process we call "Asconarisation". Each forecourt is upgraded to cater to the local community's needs, with a view to sustainable and profitable growth.
