Ascona Group are proud to announce a £3 million plus investment into a knock down and rebuild of their site at Machynlleth.
The new site will have works starting on 30th January 2023 and take around 6 months to complete, will have an increased number of fuel pumps boasting 8 with dedicated HGV lanes. There will also be pumps for gas oil and kerosene at the kerbside. The retail area will be expanded to 3,500 Sq ft with an addition 8 full time and 4 part time jobs created for the local area. Additional parking and space for up to 12 EV points (subject to local grid capacity), along with a rollover car wash are also incorporated into the plans.
C+A Design were appointed to create the site sympathetic to existing buildings in the area whilst incorporating green and environmentally friendly systems within the infrastructure. They were also appointed for our premier site at Ascona Green Garage in Pembrokeshire.
The new Nisa branded store will keep an expanded range of products, and a Food to go offering incorporated into the main building.
Opening of the new site is expected to be July 2023
