At Ascona Group, we know menopause is a workplace consideration. Around 900,000 women leave their workplace because of them struggling with symptoms. This is why we have taken positive action and signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge. We already have a Menopause Policy, but this pledge helps to publicise and reinforce the message that we take our Team members physical and mental health as seriously.
